We strongly believe in work-life balance. At a minimum, employees receive two weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick leave per year. Vacation time accruals increase with tenure and/or officer promotion. In addition, all full-time employees receive up to eleven paid holidays and one floating holiday per year.
